Our quality wines are made mostly from estate-grown grapes. Listed driest to sweetest in every category, there is a wine for every palette. We now offer various meads (honey wine) and sangrias for your drinking pleasure!

Cabernet

This classic cabernet is made from 100% Cabernet grapes from Sonoma County, California.

Marquette
Dry Red ABV: 13.8%
To perfect our Marquette wine, we age our fermented, estate-grown, Marquette grapes in American Oak for one year. The final product is a bit earthier with a similar dryness to our Marechal Foch.

Honey Moon
Sweet Red ABV: 12%
This sweet red is based on the classic Concord grape with the added flavor of local, Iowa clover honey. This juicy variety transports drinkers back to their childhood as the fruity and floral aromas tickle the nose. Being our most popular wine, it fits any occasion!

Marechal Foch
Dry Red ABV: 13%
The Marechal Foch (mar-esh-shall-fosh) is our driest Iowa red. This wine is based on Iowa-grown Marechal Foch grapes, and is aged in Iowa white oak barrels. This complex red is full bodied and carries cherry notes with low tannin. Pairs well with sharper cheese.

La Crescent
Dry White ABV: 11.5%
This dry white wine is made from La Crescent grapes, a very compatible grape to Iowa. This dry wine has a crisp acidity that bursts with tropical fruits and citrus. Pairs well with seafood and cheeses.

Chardonnay
Dry White ABV: 13%
Our Chardonnay is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from Lodi, California.

Prairie Sauterne
Semi-Sweet White ABV: 11%
This semi-sweet wine is based on the Prairie Star grape, the very same grape that is used in our Ice Wine. Made in a German style with pineapple notes, this white makes for the perfect table wine. Serve chilled, this option is a sure fit for any occasion.

Glo
Sweet White ABV: 11%
This sweet white wine is true to its name, as drinkers will “glo” with delight as they enjoy its citrusy characteristics. Made with Swenson and Brianna grapes, Glo perfectly pairs with any pasta, fish, or poultry culinary creation.

Semi-Sweet White ABV: 11.6%
This wine is 100% Iowa grown. Our floral, semi-sweet Edelweiss sits among the best in the state. With its subtle pear notes, this white table wine makes any warm, sunny day blissful.

Prairie Peach
Semi-Sweet White ABV: 11%
This sweet wine has hints of peach and a semi-dry taste. It is one of our staff’s favorite varieties.
